Wed Aug 20 12-1pm - CCFT Luncheon at Hort 5005 (late approved but I had not reg'd 1hr)
Wed Aug 20 3-5pm - CTC Connection, at the CTC center 1400 (reg'd, done)
Thur Aug 21 3-5pm - use this for Program Planning work at the Dept level. NOT Fri 3-5pm because that interferes with Astro Dept meeting.
Fri Aug 22 - Fri 2-4pm?? Astro Dept meetin

--Jul 2 Thur - pilot EFI/UCSC-CAN Retreat strategizing. All day ( 8hrs 9-5pm) PowerPoint of 42 slides created, given to group, and brainstorming on much more on how to change Universities to meet the challenge of a very different world up ahead. = 8hr
--July 12 Sun 1-2pm - Meet with X on designing a climate blog, AI = 1hr
--July 27 Mon - 1.5hr x 2 for my presentation to Santa Cruz Climate Action Network on Hansen's latest article "Beware Media Hype! It's not the El Nino!" = 3hr

Aug 17 8:30-noon - All College Day at Cabrillo. (done) = 3.5hr
Aug 17 1-2pm- Rm 450 SLO assessment (reg'd, done) = 1hr

Aug 22 Sat early - ESOP IOTA-ES 45th Symposium on Occultations, I'm reg'd. To give talk on our 2nd Moon of Quaoar 2:40am my time. I joined the Saturday session: 9:30-14:40 EUT time. My talk lasted 30 minutes including Q/A. So that's 2x=1hr for my talk, and 4:30 hr for attendence with the other sessions, or 5:30 hr total external Flex credit. (27hr total this week)

Including the 12 hr in July listed above, that's 39 hrs. I'm already done w/ the year's flex requirements!
